Our founder, Chef John Park (affectionately known as Johnny to his friends), previously honed his skills at a leading Korean fried chicken brand in Korea, gaining hands-on experience in high-volume, high-quality kitchens. There he learned the secrets behind truly crispy, juicy Korean fried chicken. Today, he’s taken those lessons to Malaysia and added his own twist — creating a flavor that’s bold, crunchy, and unforgettable.

What makes Johnny Jib even more special? It’s a family-run dream. Johnny helms the kitchen in Kluang, while his father — a passionate cook himself — prepares the same signature recipes at our Permas Jaya branch. It’s a father-and-son collaboration that bridges generations, bringing two towns together with one irresistible taste.
